Adds the Peacekeeper from Call of Duty: Black Ops II into Intravenous.

Classified as a PDW (even though Black Ops II considers it as a SMG), the Peacekeeper rocks the 5.7x28mm caliber and dishes out a solid 750 RPM, accurate from the game it's from. Other stats are based off of JFAexe's Five-seveN, but altered considering it's a PDW.

Has custom UI and world sprites for the weapon.
