Status Effects Auxiliary mod

A simple handler for player status effects, for use with my other mods as I see fit. Little use on its own.

Currently features status effects for "Madness" (slowly drains your health over time while tinting your screen yellow-orange), "Bluetide" (non-founders edition, quickly drains your health despite initial buff to your movement speed), and "Blinded" (your vision is blackened). I may add more status effects in the future if need be.
