Will this be maintained once the EAW team get the actual Equestria update out?

Probably not. Unless they do nothing with the diarchy, in which case I guess?

'Why did you make this'

I had an idle thought of 'The diarchy should use power balance mechanics' on the 1st of Jan. So I made a mod where it does.

'What DLC do we need'

Unno. Was power balance a free update or part of DLC? If its part of DLC, you need that. Otherwise you should be fine.
