New sounds for Russian passenger and cargo wagons

This mod completely reworks the sounds for passenger and freight cars, made by VKMC and TGR.

• Quality sounds and advanced configuration including different sounds for different speeds, coupling knock sound when starting to move, whistle in curve, squeak on arrows, etc.
  
• The mod replaces sounds for all passenger and freight cars, by VKMC and TGR

• The mod must be the last in the loading list. It replaces the sound set configs of all other TGR & VKMC mods. If any wagon mod is installed with higher priority - it will disable new sounds from this mod.
  
• Also, the mod replaces the vanilla sounds of the old freight cars as they are used in the TGR boxcars.
  
• Мод можно включать и выключать в любой момент, это не должно навредить сохранению.The mod can be turned on and off at any time, it shouldn't hurt the save.
  
• Modders from the VKMC and TGR teams will try to adapt their addons to this mod in the future, but this one still should be last on the loading list.
