No Relations Boost for Emissaries of Diplomacy

Beskrivning
This submod changes it so that you dont get a boost in relations when completing one of the quests, you only establish diplomatic contact. It also removes the effect being listed at the top of the screen since you are no longer gaining a buff anymore.

robably should be fine. There may be some new quests that will give a relations boost tho, idk what's been changed about the main mod and I'm not currently modding cus just too busy :c

Hey Erynn, after the main mod has been updated, I would assume that this is fully fine to use alongside in a 5.0 campaign, but I think it'd be pretty practical if you stated here this was the case <3

I prefer this to my reduced boost :)
