A hexed version with NPC's and playermodels can be found here

Includes Combine Soldier, Combine Soldier Shotgunner and Combine Elite.

Does NOT require Episode Two.

i think they're dirty just because they don't have time to clean their suits in the forest.

For people saying they look dirty, you probably didnt play HL2 Ep 2 In the game they a isolated from other combine regions so thats why they look wasteland-y
