So it is indeed important to place Immersive Repairs below Enhanced Reactors for the radiation caused by Enhanced Reactor fuel rods to be properly contained.
As a sub-builder you shouldn't need to make adjustments in terms of consumption rate as the values on the fuel rods themselves have been changed by the mod, allowing them to be consumed slower by default.
@svenjamin: That sounds like a mod conflict. Radiation leaking at the start of the round is usually caused by another mod that's also overriding reactors loaded above Enhanced Reactors in your load order. Make sure to place Enhanced Reactors above any other mod that makes changes to reactors.
@Able: It's actually intentional.
@Mr. Orgasm: Hazardously Enhanced Reactors is outdated. I'm not planning to combine both mods. I made Enhanced Reactors because I wasn't happy with Hazardous Reactors. I know people may want some of its features in Enhanced Reactors, but I'm not really interested in them. The only thing from it I'd say Enhanced Reactors is lacking is the nuclear waste after a meltdown maybe.
@Xolid Blue: Either a broken installation or a mod conflict. Try reinstalling the mod and changing load order around.
@ragemode101: They require nuclear cartridges instead of fuel rods.
