Increase Material Limit 4x

Description
This mod increases Noita's material limit to 4096, which should allow more mods to add materials before the game crashes.

As an example, Potent Potions adds a material for every modifier spell in the game, which when you have a lot of spell mods installed adds up very quickly.
This mod can mitigate that.

This issue can also come up when a lot of materials mods are installed.

I dont crash, but the game running speed slows down. Will this mod increase running speed so I don't play in slow motion when there is lots of particles?

The biggest impact I know it might have is more reserved memory, so memory which can't be used for other things.
However I do not know how big that impact would be and have not noticed any issues myself.
