Pure Empty Level

I made this which can be used to remove almost everything from loaded level and get a strong optimization in some special custom gamemodes.

Known issues:

1. error on level load Failed to find the beacon station "%ModDir%/PEL/Map/BeaconStations/PEL_BeaconStation_Dummy.sub". Using a random one instead...
   Just ignore it, actually this is an official bug: https://github.com/Regalis11/Barotrauma/issues/12653
   Might be fixed by baro devs before long.

Controllable version: Pure Empty Level (Controlled), a controllable version of Pure Empty Level, which only generates empty level when the difficulty is set to 0%.
