Pretty overwhelmingly overpowered. Even against other ridiculous top tiers, genuinely uninteresting design. Mary Sue fighter.
The fact that you won't describe their mechanics tells me you wanted to make something ludicrously overpowered, and, congratulations, I guess?
At least people have fun with them, that's all that matters.
