Shops for Proletarskaya 49

This is a commercial sub-building for my main residential asset. . If you use this in game without the main model it will just be floating icons. Having this is NOT required for the main model but can be used to create a mixed-use zone with the commercial space on the first floor.

Has 7 working spaces, 4 for uneducated, 1 each other level.
It is a level 3 building in game.
Costs 3000.
Other than serving as a shop, it also has small details like the house number (49) on the left of the building and a plaque reading "This is our house, its our duty to take care of it!"
