Kuvaus
Makes sensibly ballistic weapons, ballistic. Now go ballistic with """ballistic everything""".

Note that this mod is a self-contained balance ecosphere. Every sensibly ballistic weapon has a range determined by its ballistic arc, and there's some caveats that comes with that.
Examples:
* Altitude advantage is more important since higher ships can shoot further.
* Heavier cannon has more range than standard cannons.
* muskets and rifles died.

I still need to calculate and add optimal range for all the weapons so AI may act weirdly.

it's just ticking the box for every appropriately ballistic weapons to have a ballistic arc. in terms of exact numbers i'm not sure. arcGravity of 0.35 is as useful as saying the numbers of atoms an apple have.
