Improved Vanilla Combine + Dynamic Glow

描述
This add-on is a comprehensive re-texture pack for vanilla Combine NPCs in Garry's Mod with fixes, additions including merging some features from: pre-release, new and old Source engine, and Half-Life 2: Survivor.

To ensure proper functionality, disable any other add-on(s) with conflicting files.






Console Commands:

  1. Customize Metro-Police Goggles Glow Mode (HL2-styled by default):
    metropolice_skin_mode
    • 0: Non-glowing option (HL2-styled)
    • 1: Glowing option (concept/promotional art styled)
    • 2: Randomized option (EZ2-styled)
  2. Enable/Disable Campaign Randomizer for Replacing Metro-Police (disabled by default):
    metropolice_replace_enabled
    • 0: Disable
    • 1: Enable
  3. Customize Replacement Chance of Metro-Police with Elite and Female Variant:
    metropolice_replace_elite_chance
    metropolice_replace_fem_chance
    • 0, 1-100: Percentage value (0: no replacement, 50: half replaced, 100: all replaced)

To access and execute console commands, press the tilde key (~) to open the developer console. Once open, enter the desired command(s) and press Enter

General Changes:

  • Gadgets' glowing parts: fixed, restored, and added new + dynamic (active only on live NPCs like in HL:A)
  • Materials reflectivity: environment and light (not beta-ish specular maps)
  • DXT-decompressed

Metro-Police:
Fixed Manhack bodygroup
Added unused elite variant from PelPix's leak
Added supposedly-existing female variant from GMod-ish player models
Edited original bump map
Edited armband and vest symbol in HL:A style
Fixed crooked glove texture
Restored missing boot soles from HL2 Beta
Some texture areas are darkened and lightened

Combine Shotgunner:
Fixed texture low contrast
Standardized uniform parts

Prison Guard:
Recolored shotgunner's emblems to red
Standardized helmet parts
Standardized material shader

Combine Elite:
Added a shotgunner variant based on the Half-Life 2: Survivor sniper (changes automatically when spawned with a shotgun)

Zombine: (requires HL2: Episode One content)
Replaced pre-release texture with retail-like texture

the only problem is that combine playermodels become black eyes too

excellent mod thank you. glowlib is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ so i use it with «ez2-styled eye glowing»

the female and elite cop dont collide with props, cant kill them with the gravity gun or run them over

Is there a way to disable the dynamic lighting on the lenses and stuff? Having the lenses turned off for dead Combine is really cool but it turns off the lenses for spawned ragdolls as well and it gets annoying when I want the Combine to look alive.

anytime i kill the combine they just evaporate

in every map, when I kill a npc, there are 2 metro-polices that do this weird death anim.
