For the first time since their modification, the Landplix have re-evolved their intelligence, although in no way are they comparable to the original Zemplix. Bluebulb Grasptongues, also simply called Grasptongues, live in small communities in or near caves, and will flee to a new, (hopefully) safer spot if their current home is threatened. Their original eyes have been reduced to a luminous crest while what was once a pair of simple infrared sensors have become their new eyes. One has to wonder how the world looks from the eyes of a Grasptongue?
