Description: Raquis are essentially the embodiment of evil. It's unknown whether these vile aliens are organic, mechanical, or both, or something entirely different. They despise organic life, yet incorporate organic parts into most of their technology. It's not just the life itself though; Raquis will be incinerated upon contact with water, the liquid of life! The Raquis have a lot of ways to interact with other lifeforms, typically a fate worse than death: they may modify it into a weird, twisted monster, infect it with their spores to create more Raquis, melt them into organic matter to create whatever biomechanical things they make (Do they have a connection to the zhaxworp?), or just simply kill them. It's quite easy to avoid them, however; they only live at the very ends of the arms of any given galaxy. Stay away from the tips and you should be fine.
