Naval Battle Event Mod

Descripción
Naval Battle Mod to change Modern Cannons & Bronze Cannons to make them better in Battles. Makes them more "Victorian era" like.

- More smoke for modern cannons
- changed stats for bronze cannon HE
- changed/increased time between shots
- removed empty shells from modrn guns

There are players around^^ join the industrial & PNL discord. We host some Naval battles, so there are player. Ofc not much as SE
