This simple mod removes the glare effect from spotlights.

This modification is meant to be used in combination with other fixes while keeping them as modular as possible to personally customize your gameplay experience.

Sorry but i am not going to fix things for games i was forced to quit. Feel free to take the assets and release a fixed version.

Nice, works flawless in dx11 and finally this view blocking ugly glare texture is gone! tyvm!
