Quiet GiC Vent

NOTE: Galaxy in Conflict is not required, but this mod is made with a GiC asset, so credit where credit is due.

I like the vent with slats from Galaxy in Conflict. I do NOT however, like the new noise they made for it, which sounds like a crusty old air conditioner unit from the late 70s. This adds a version of that vent which is identical, except for using the vanilla starbound vent noise, like the good old days. Spawn with "/spawnitem gic_basedvent"

To those who don't read:
This does NOT replace the GiC vents, it only ADDS a vent that is quiet.

It's objectively more based for builders who don't want their super secret underground facilities to sound like a busy scrapyard.
