Description

The old headquarters of the communist party. Building is from the 1800s, sign added in 1940.
Employs 20 workers and 14 Party Officials.

Added Communist Party member Housing.
Added version with only footpath.

I find a solution: in the building file in the connexion section, delete and leave only this:

$CONNECTION_PEDESTRIAN
0.0 0.0 11.8
0.0 0.0 10.8

$CONNECTION_PEDESTRIAN
6.0 0.0 11.5
6.0 0.0 10.5

I can't build this building as there seems to be something wrong with the footpath connections. I none of my construction offices can find a path, and as @Ganilard mentioned below, other vehicles can't path to it either, if I pay to have it built.

This building can not be repaired or visited by police cars or ambulances unless it's connected by its road connection. It's a nice model, but I'd prefer it to not require road connection
