Random Spawns

Spawns the player at a random spawnpoint (Including enemy and neutral).

Designed for RavenM so pvp maps don't have to be designed in a particular way.
As the mutator chooses a random flag and then the random spawn point from there, all flags should have an equal amount of spawn points for each spawn to have equal chance.
