Adds a Tier-4 Order Tome which uses your Heroes and Leader to apply powerful buffs while your units specialize in protecting them

  • +2 Order Affinity
  • Requires 6 Order Affinity
  • Unlocks the Fairgrounds, which gives all units produced in the city +2 Defense

It also gives access to the following skills for research:

Enchants Polearms & Shields to have "Oath of Fealty" which lets them absorb all damage target hero takes, with a 10% reduction
Bonds of Vassalage

Target Hero has an aura that gives every unit in 6 hexes Bolstered Defense + Bolstered Resistance for 5 turns. If that hero is also your Leader, it also gives Strengthened + Regeneration
Regal Presence

Target Hero has a map-wide aura that gives every unit Rally for 5 turns. If that hero is also your Leader, it also gives Status Protection
King's Guard

Unlocks a Tier 4 Feudal Pikeman with Defense-bypassing attacks and unlimited retaliation attacks
For the Queen!

Target hero has an aura that gives every unit in 2-hexes Steadfast. If that hero is also your Ruler, it also dispels all negative effects

After the Ogre, it seems producing a King's Guard considerably slows down the game. I would really appreciate it if you could look into the matter.

That's not a serious bug and can be ignored

As of today, Jan 3, it tells me the metadata is missing and does not function.

Make sure you update to the most recent version. The missing parts is specifically why I had to update the mod. I just tested on my end as well, and everything is there

I noticed today that after the golem game update my game save file is 4x bigger than it would be with 76 added mods compared to the 24 basic mods I 'must have' to play the game

your mod did not add all of that but to a two player small map save file it adds 340 kb. that may not sound like much but prior to the golem update this is over 1.5x the 220 kb entire save file size for a two player small map game

please post if you can figure out how to fix this. until then I am forced to turn off this mod (along with other save file space hogs)

I found two mods that add tomes that do NOT increase the save file size. perhaps they have a method or two you can use
