What happened to the mod? I say because it no longer appears in the Workshop

Either this patch OR the Runaway. The load order really shouldn't matter since nothing is being overwritten.

Do I need to put this patch above the mod and at the same time run it simultaneously, for the first time and without a runaway mod? Did I get it right?
