Old-Invictus 1.5

Playing as Judea, with the TImeline Extender, I finished the Judean Mission Tree in the 1st century BC, conquered all other nations and held all territories as of Oct. 2, 991 AUC (238 AD). I made a summary of my playthrough here:

I felt that playing with Invictus and the Extender was more rewarding than with the vanilla version of the game, because it has special features like a special Judean Mission tree, the Davidic Bloodline, and finding the Ark of the Covenant.

I am playing with the Invictus 1.5 Die Natalies Version and am stuck trying unsuccessfully trying to annex the Maldives.

I don't see how to view the decimal point value of my current PI. I see that a popup says that it rises 2.04 per month, but the value in the top bar says that it's at 30 PI, and the Decision says I'm not at a level equal to 30 PI.

I only see two ways to fix this issue as I'm very far in a 1.5 version campaign from before the last Invictus Update.
One solution is to wait until I finally get to 500 PI (250 months it will take, ie. about 20 years), then cut it down to exactly 30 PI using the Anabasis action (it costs 15 PI per action).
A second solution that I see is to move my capitol near the Maldives and then CLientize them.
