That said, when you make comments like "you guys should pay me fr", you're inviting real backlash from the community. Fortunately, in the interview, it sounds like you've come to the realization that the best way to make mods is to make them for your own self first and foremost rather than trying to please everyone or to follow every little suggestion.
Looking forward to what you come up with in the future. :)
Kids nowadays don't know and thus don't appreciate or respect the amount of work us devs have to go thru and do to pull such big mods or work and the stress, time and effort it takes.
I've read the interview you had, don't let the general majority of ppl drag you down, it's a fact the majority is stupid, for every 100 of those, you've got 1 who knows the real deal, you're a Master of The Craft, just by doing such amazing work out of your own life-time n' blood.
Keep it up,
-and always keep looking for a higher/better target.
You've done that 99.9% didn't, that's taking the initiative, and thru months of effort get the job done, that's a massive task less than 0.1% who's gonna criticise you will ever achieve, so, feel proud, and keep walking forward!
