This NPC has setting options, you can find the label lisa in F1 MENU - DrVrej - NPC Settings.

This NPC has dynamic teleportation and player detection, which means that all its events are determined according to the scene situation.

Features:

1.Jump scare

2.will close the door in the scene

3.There will be a loud knock on the door.

4.quietly appear behind you

5.Comes with ambient music and event music.

[Suitable for horror maps, weird maps and indoor environment maps, maps with "node" can get a better experience.]

[It is recommended that there are any doors that can be used in the map.]

!!!You can use it in most environments.
Except that it cannot be used in non-map environments, such as maps composed of "BRUSH".

Q: where can I find this npc?

A: You can find her in the Vjbase - remorse the list.

Q: Why remorse the list?

A: Originally, I was going to release lisa with remorse the list npc, but I thought she was unique, so I thought it would make more sense to release her alone.

Changelog:

Improved Lisa's skill timing (including option notices)

Reduced Lisa attack frequency and increased Lisa chance of peeking.

Lisa will no longer appear together with the trap Lisa, there is only one Lisa at the same time.

W Horror mod fr,
Bruh also theres this one monster thats litterally immortal. Right when you kill him he gets back up seconds later. I freaked me the ♥♥♥♥ out cuz MF I KILLED YOU ALREADY. Bro i was lokking into his eyes and mf twitched and got tf back up

YOOOO, lemmi tell yall something. I never played silent hills and downloaded this mod because i just want a horror mod to play in a horror map with and lemmi tell you. LISA IS FREAKING TERRORFYING. THE FACT THAT SHE CAN APPPEAR BEHIND YOU AT ANYTIME AND APPEAR AT ANY MOMENT And ANY TIME. But yall wanna know the scariest part about her? If you try to open a door to escape her SHE CAN ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LOCK YOU INSIDE AND SECONDS LATER JUMPSCARE YOU.

doubt anybody knows of a solution but when i play multiplayer with a friend she only attacks him and never me (only when he isnt respawned) she doesnt even do her special ♥♥♥♥ she just apears behind him > dissapear > do it again> then kill him no matter what.

As someone who has schizophrenia, this mod is painfully accurate to how I feel when I'm home alone. Amazing job
