Gives a model to the unused Houndeye NPC
To spawn it type in console: npc_create npc_houndeye
Or use this to get them to spawn with the Xen Grenades: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2894892724

to make houndeye deal damage change these values in skill.cfg or console:
sk_Houndeye_dmg_blast
sk_Houndeye_health

the 1.6 release fgd has added the houndeye, metrozombie and the hev zombie. the fgd i made is no longer necessary

for some reason,the houndeye has no damage and 1 hp,I will try fixin it with the fgd

Even after installing this or the other version, it's an ERROR.
Same happens with the Metrozombie.

the model is loading but the texture doesn't. less important bug: metrocops in the beginning of the game dont attack it.
