Hotel Luigi

Hotel Luigi brings lotsa spaghetti to Rivals of Aether, using spaghetti, koopas and everything else he has isn't enough though as you've gotta help him!

Neutral Special: Spaghetti!
Throws a plate of spaghetti at an upwards-forward angle (aimable), which then falls down. Can be held down to ease aiming.

Side Special: Vine Block
Luigi kicks an ! block which causes a long vine to sprout out of it, you can hold special to keep charging. In this charging state you can angle the block all around in 45 degree increments. Holding for long enough will increase the length of the vine, the tipper is also stronger.

Up Special: Where am I?
A pipe appears above Luigi, which he is sucked into and launched out of straight upwards. While shot out he gains a strong hitbox at the start, which then quickly becomes a horribly weak hitbox. Opponents can be sucked into the pipe with him through a windbox on the opening of the pipe.

Down Special: Koopas
Luigi takes out and kicks a Koopa shell forward. Can be held down to postpone when he kicks it. Can be aimed, and bounced off of using Dair.
The shell can also be knocked around by everyone in the match, meaning it can be used against Luigi.

Hotel Mario and Luigi also come with a stage; Mushroom Plains!

- Hotel Luigi has 2 taunts (One of which is a secret input)
- Certain attacks can be held to pose
- Some alts have different sfx and projectile sprites!
