Having the same issue like you, that button in the top left isn't appearing, when I am generating tourism.

I'm not seeing the button appear in the top-left hand corner of the game. I am generating tourism so it should appear. I do have other mods installed (annex city-state, quick deals, etc.) that add buttons to the top left. Any idea on how to get it to appear?

UPDATE: Button still isn't appearing in the top-left hand corner, but I did notice and set up a keyboard binding for the mod and it works! I have a Loupedeck Live and use the Civ 6 profile from the marketplace and have added custom shortcuts to it so I'll just access the tourism overview mod from there in case my button doesn't eventually appear, but just wanted to let OP know in case it is an issue with other mods, or if anyone else has the same problem!
