You can always tweak the numbers on your local game. Just have a rummage through ..Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1380910
For the mod and look for keyword: "PowerOutput"

For the panels (because they're three): 1/4/9

I've updated it now, it should be working again now.
Funny thing though (not related) - My game is running with a mod that has extended power nodes (sockets/pylons.etc) So my ship is completely disconnected :(.
Anyhoo, I slapped down some default powernodes and tested with Chromanite power and they connect up okay and read on the power grid.

Is broken with update 0.9. But i like it very much
