No Consistency Check & No Vanilla Crosshair

A little necessity that serves as a kind of supplement to the "NO MORE CONSISTENCY CHECK!" mod by H.U.N.K. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2586758926&searchtext=consistency.

The original mod ALWAYS enable "sv_consistency 0" in YOUR server without having to type it in the console.

Disables crosshair, by entering the command "crosshair 0" in "director_base_addon.nut"

I recommend using this mod only if you don't want to constantly enter the command into the console.
It fits perfectly with my Accurate Dying Light HUD.
