Samira from Bug fables, she is a shy beefly that has a really good hidden talent which is playing music, she somehow got into Rivals.

Specials + Gimmick

Neutral special Note Toss: She throws a note. Each note does a unique thing.

Forward special Musical Spin: She plays a note to spin, this can help you with mix-ups with Uspecial, if she has a note and presses shield before the movement happens it will increase the speed of the move

Up special Musical Trampoline: Basically she defies logic and makes a musical note that she can bounce off

Down special Preform: She can play a song, with her musical talent she spawns musical hitboxes. These can charge the notes

Notes
Quarter note is a basic projectile
Eighth note goes much higher
Beamed note sends backwards
Treble Clef hits hard

Could you change it so that her down special doesn't override the stage music? Besides that nitpick, she's a lot of fun.
