Sengoku Jidai Campaign Rework Stables Module 1

This module of my Sengoku Jidai Campaign Rework works alongside the CORE module to set up the dynamic unit caps. This part of the module sets up increasing unit caps for cavalry units as you build dojos for their specific weapons. This module is designed to work close to vanilla, where cavalry are trained from the stables line, and their unit caps are raised by what used to be a secondary building requirement, seperating them from needing all buildings in the same province.
This module doesn't matter if you don't have the CORE module enabled.
