RAILWAY 2 - 2 Lane Street Running Ramp

解説
2 Lane Ramp Network

Street Running Tracks
Street running railroading or on-street tracks is railroad infrastructure that is sharing space with other elements of the traffic; either vehicular or pedestrian traffic. As trains are operating on non-segregated track, they adhere to rules just like other elements of the traffic and they operate with reduced speed. Because of the safety concerns they raise, street running tracks are becoming a rare sight across the world, however it's a practice that is still in use, especially in USA.

These networks aim to fill that small niche of content, as much as it's possible in Cities: Skylines and its technical limitations.

Street running tracks come with various track styles and functions thanks to Adaptive Networks.

This is a ramp network that is required by street running networks. Refer to those assets for explanation.

Yeah, I had one or two trains use it properly, then all my trucks think they can skip the station and drive onto the rails at the other end.

All my freight trucks now all go to the Ramp (as if the ramps are freight stations) is there a way to stop the ramp acting like a station?

something intresting happened with this... I built one to use as a station on a street running commuter line (using Budd RDCs), and nearby I built a subway station. Trucks started driving into the subway station, causing frieght trains to spawn on the "ramp"

will there also be a 'single rail' variant of the ramp`?

@pingucanada no doubt, but I also think it's kind of cool because you can see how these cities have developed over the years.

@pingucanada @a3001, also check out LaGrange, Kentucky for some famous street running.

Will there also be a transition track directly from street to gravel so that it looks like the train is coming from the normal gravel rail bed! instead of that part with pavement(ramp)?

@pingucanada Look up "Jack London Square" in Oakland, California. One of the busiest in the nation

@wildcatwall32 I still find it bizarre.
