Highway To Hell Fixed Pt 2 by Unlawful Enemy Combatant

Fixed stringtable in map 1 and mission files fixed and present in all pieces of campaign. All models have correct extensions as well. EVERY other version is missing the stringtable file in the first map and has models without dx90 in them. Also mission files in other versions have screwed up "Display Title" line and needless lines in addoninfo file too.

The streets may seem devoid of anything civilized, but make no mistake. The military owns this town and is not going anywhere anytime soon. That being said, the apartment you've been hiding out in is no longer a good place to stay and the military evacs are about to end. It's about time to get going.

Mission file has name of campaign as: "DisplayTitle" ""DisplayTitle" "Highway To Hell"" causing one of the campaigns below to not show up as a campaign to even choose for local server or single player.
