When the release of all thrusters animation? Or does one already exist?

the power is up but the syndrome is down!

What tode said. Thruster nozzles should expand at power and contract at idle. The principle is that when the power is low, the constricted nozzle cross section keeps the exhaust velocity up even at lower mass flow ("economy mode"). At higher power levels ("afterburner mode"), the nozzle cross section would not need to be restricted for the desired exhaust velocity as there is so much more mass flow available. (In fact, the nozzle petals would erode and burn up from the increased exhaust temperature and heat flow; and the turbine stage would face a similar fate from the back-choke and heat build-up.) So, at least going by how "traditional" turbojet engines work, the animation ought indeed be inverted with regards to power setting.

Oh and I figured out it's with any Atmo thruster and I think it might be some sort of conflict with another mod but I don't know
