Desirae

Desirae, a lizard scavenger lost in the past after stealing a mysterious hourglass from a local Loxodont deputy, travels the Lonely Dustbowl, a vibrant and ethereal plain covered in fog, much different from the cold passionless desert of her time. On her journey, she unlocks the power of the hourglass, using it to aid herself in unraveling the twisted tale shes found herself in.

Desirae's control of the flow of time relies heavily on her hourglass. She can consume the hourglass to enter fast forward state, or use it offensively to cast rewind state on the enemy. On top of this, desirae's time powers and new environment spark her dormant connection with aether that would otherwise be impossible in the future, giving her sand manipulation.




Nspecial
Deadeye - aiming her reticule, she can not only shoot her six shooter, but activate sand pillars spawned by uspecial. During fast forward, Desirae can mark enemy players by hitting attacks, with each hit stacking more marks. Pressing nspecial when marks are present will consume fast forward state and fire each mark as a bullet, auto targeting the enemy from any distance!


Fspecial
Side-Winder - Desirae enters one of her sand serpent forms, in the ground this move buries opponents hit by the initial dive, when pressing attack or letting the move end normally, Desirae pops up with a vicious rolling attack. If you press jump anytime during her movement prior to this, she can instead eject and activate her hourglass, entering herself into fast forward, or extending existing fast forward.

In the air this move turns into a slamming attack, as Desirae slings her sand empowered tail into the enemy. This move will also activate Uspecial sand pillars upon contact!


Uspecial
Sand Pillar - Desirae soars upwards in serpent form, dragging a pillar of sand up towards her. This pillar will slow descent for either player, in addition you can fire Nspecial or hit aerial Fspecial in order to activate it for an attack.

If you throw an hourglass into the pillar, the pillar becomes rewind empowered! Any enemies knocked into the pillar enter full rewind state.


Dspecial
Sands of Time - Desirae tosses an hourglass into the air. This can be hit by Desirae physically to consume it and enter fast forward, however if you hit an enemy with it, they become Primed for Rewind. If Desirae is able to deal 25% damage to the enemy player within a period of time, the enemy is placed into full rewind. In full rewind, when the enemy exits hitstun they rewind back to this point of contact, meaning you can combo them during rewind and track them back to the rewind point to finish them! In the air, hold down to throw the hourglass downward!

On cooldown as well as during fast forward, dspecial is replaced by a jump cancelable burst move called time shift!

Holding nspecial while the hourglass is out will auto target the hourglass, bouncing it upwards to keep it in the air, keeping your opponent guessing!

Special Normals
During fast forward, Jab's finisher immediately swaps to nair, gaining you many marks on deadeye!

Up strong can be gatling comboed from hitting dash attack! This can be done normally, in or out of fast forward.
