คำอธิบาย
A small mod that allows you to build ports and deploy ships within the Caspian Sea as if it was just another naval zone. It also adds the Volga-Don canal connecting it to the Black Sea which can be unlocked via a new decision.

Does not require any DLCs and is not ironman compatible.

The great Azerbaijani - Kazakhstani naval battle awaits!

This doesn't work. You can have ships in the sea but you can't build the canal.
