Stadthäuser

Deskripsi
Hi all!

This is a set of tenement houses from the late 19th / early 20th century, ideal for the creation of central european themed maps. It contains 10 individual residential buildings without the collision & ground leveling needs to maximize the flexibilty upon placement. You'll be able to create typical residential city blocks, as the set contains a variety of row and cornered buildings.

Remarks
Gawd I hope this works D: ... bug reports welcome as it's hard to create packages and sets on your own. Pricing is high on purpose, so is the quality of the buildings ;)

Content Background
I created these buildings in cooperation with Jens for Cities:Skylines, also took some of his creations and modified them for WRSR. All buildings are adaptions from existing buildings in Berlin, Germany and have handcrafted, photorealistic textures.
However, I removed one floor from the original 4 story buildings to enable size-compatibility with Noch's Old Downtown packages and equinox.nova's Old Town Houses Project (the facade height is about 17 meters).

What next
I have other models from residential buildings and would love to create little shops to shove into the first floor.

About myself
Originally from the C:S modding community, now starting to enhance WRSR, with +1300 hours the most frequently played game in my library.

@AI: All buildings now have quality set to 89 % and I canged the workers and material costs so they fit better in the realistic mode

Otherwise, amazing detail and with new DLC these buildings get in fashion, when you start in 1930-s and want a fancy German town. Good job!

I can propose several suggestions for improvements:

1. Reduce the quality of flats to 89% for residential buildings. Everything with 90%+ flat quality get locked behind the "High Living Standards" when you play with research.

2. Increase the $COST_RESOURCE workers.
In vanilla residential buildings, the time is close to the formula:
workhours = (quantity of inhabitants * 10)

I've set the following values in "QL's Row House Friedrich" (90 inhabitants) as an example:
$COST_RESOURCE workers 200 - groundworks
$COST_RESOURCE workers 250 - 1st brick phase
$COST_RESOURCE workers 250 - 2nd brick phase
$COST_RESOURCE workers 700 - 3rd brick phase (500-900 range, depending on building population size)
Total workhours = 200 + 250 + 250 + 700 = 1400

3. Change the total construction material limits on concrete, steel and brick:
bricks - max 100 tons total for a building
steel - max 20 tons
concrete - max 30 tons (mod has no use for concrete)
