Dark Elf Rivalry feature for Tyrion (Discontinued for now)

After the 4.1 patch, ImperialAuthorityEntryCallback was revamped, and so was the twui for it. So I need to remake the twui from scratch and have to change some of the scripts to live with it.

However, this mod was getting some attention from lore lovers, and I don't agree with them, and I was getting tiresome. Thus, I'm discontinuing work on this guy for now.

If you want to continue the work, OvN Araby's Fatandira will have almost the same twui structure. So use that to make your own mod.

Me? I might do it, but it's low on my priority list.

This mod adds various bonuses to Tyrion's faction depending on the number of settlements controlled by High Elves (Tyrion, Alarielle, Eltharion) and Dark Elves. (Malekith, Hellebron, Morathi) This rivalry value will be updated on your faction turn start.

Generally, if you have more settlements than the Dark Elves, it'll give economy bonuses. If you have fewer settlements than the Dark Elves, it'll give battle bonuses.

Also, when the value reaches either end (+20 or -20) flag will turn into a button and you can click the button to end the rivalry system and get bonuses.


Q. Why is it different from the Malekith mod you made? (True Phoenix king campaign)
A. I don't like doing the same things again and again and want to make a little tweak.

Q. Why 3 vs 3 system?
A. I thought that number of participants is a suitable number players could track and intervene.

Q. Avatar of Khaine? The effects are stupid.
A. I thought of it as more like a meme.

Q. Does AI use this system?
A. No, only the basic effect (Growth +1) will affect them. According to my experience from the initial Immortal Empire's battle against Malus, fighting something stupidly strong is unfun.

Q. Tyrion's Khaine effects do not fit very well with the Sword of Khain effect.
A. That was on purpose. I don't like using another unique item for a character when they already have a unique one. Tyrion should use Sunfang.
