Snood's Gasmask Citizen Redux (Playermodels + NPCS)

This is Snoods 2022 redux of his old Citizen 17/Gasmask Citizen recreation, notable for being the first of its kind back in 2007, while its far from being accurate compared to other iterations, it has a style of its own that i really like a lot, since he released a redux of the model exclusively on the VCC discord i thought to port it to gmod with the source files he provided.

Also comes with FP hands from Epicplayers Gasmask Citizen PM, however using the newly released uncompressed textures from the repo leak and hexed to not conflict with the original model.
