There are three versions; The Hooligan Rags (Left Arm), the Hoodlum Rags (Right Arm), and Rag Pauldrons (Both Arms).

They all spawn, equally all over the world.

the problem was caused by the female mesh being assigned to the male and vise versa, it effected the colored hoodlum rags, it should be fixed now

Still messed up, but it's differenty so for the male mesh. Female looks just like before
