Halo Weapons on Arc9

!! DEPRECATED ADDON !!
I have no intention on continuing this addon.
If you wish to continue it yourself, please message me, otherwise, expect no updates for this addon.
There will be something else in the works.

Addon is a bit meaty due to having some to-be-used assets.

Draconic Base is used for Reflection Tint proxy.

Features:
  • A few UNSC weapons.

Credits:
  • Fesiug, for many small tidbits and other awesome ♥♥♥♥. (Ammo counters and some other systems i cannot recall)

  • Vuthakral, for the initial assistance of getting weapons ported properly.
    Vuth has also made the upgraded Battle Rifle model, the upcoming SMG model, and mixed the trueanniversary sounds.

  • ma_rv, for some awesome looking phongwarps and stuff.

Hey, dude. For some reason I'm doing 0 damage to enemies with all weapons except for the Energy Sword and Rocket Launcher. Is it bugged or do I have to add another addon?

Unless you're talking about Multiplayer with the Hit registration, because Singleplayer worked fine here with these weapons, even with a bunch of mods on these weapons through Unlameifier.

Was this hit registration issue something that was prevalent in earlier versions of 32-Bit GMod? As I've had the exact opposite experience between the two. Personally speaking when I equipped a wide variety of attachments, Perks, and just general enhancements to a weapon, bodyshots were completely fine when using most ArcCw Weapons, but headshots, they'd constantly connect but they'd seldom register.

This happened with your weapons, but a lot of other ArcCW weapons as well. It was wildly inconsistent though, and there'd be times it would register. Granted I was using a cheat attachments and general perks & buffs, that made the weapons very powerful, and the mods are out of date by at least a year or two at this point.

I guess that explains why most of the Arc9 stuff on the Workshop is the cosmetics... Is that the only downgrade or is there more?

Huh, interesting! I can understand why this version of the pack was abandoned then, considering the extremely mediocre performance of the new base itself. The arccw pack is a good load of fun to use as well, and I love how customizable everything is.
