Plattenbau orphanage IW83 No.1

Hello Folks,

today's upload is something a bit special.
t1a2l asked me to create three orphanage buildings for his Cim Care Mod.
The result are these three Plattenbau-blocks, inspired by a design for student dormitories in the former district Halle.
One building also features a tiled mural on one of the sides, recreated after an existing mural in Leuna, which has since been removed.

Also special thanks to Chamëleon TBN for helping with some bugfixing.



The 3 included buildings have been named by a system I hope is at least somewhat understandable.
"HAL" sorts them to my other assets from Halle (Saale).
"OR123" specifies them as an orphanage building, so they get their functionality.
"IW83" stands for "Industrieller Wohnungsbau" or "Industrial apartment construction", "83" indicating the year the blocks have been planned.
"-2G/4G/6G" indicates the amount of floors the building has, so two/four/six floors.
The "No.#" stands for the general appearance of the building, here beige/red with a partly colorable mural on the IW83-2G.



The 3 blocks can be found under their names, starting with "HAL OR123 IW83" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
The mural on IW83-2G is color-mapped, 4 colors included.

None of the buildings sides are flush with the plot grid.
When placing the buildings next to other blocks, Move It might be required.
The buildings can only be used with the Cim Care Mod.
If used without the Cim Care mod, all buildings stay funtionless.

The main texture files are shared, so using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised!
