Took me a long while to figure out but I managed to build it, it's like the title says.

This mod is fantastic if you want to start on a totally different location on the map using the adjust start location mod, in addition, it rewards taking territory and expansion.

The fortress economy has been reworked a bit to focus more on the outposts, outposts can be upgraded, and each outpost building provides 10% income to the province, meaning you want to take the entire province, expansionism is well rewarded.

Bump. Would really love the continuation of this mod. Did you remove the unit warband capacity from the buildings? If you ever intend to put them back, here's what I think would be coolest:

Ritual Grounds: Regular marauders and perhaps undivided Chaos Furies?
Colosseum of Chaos: Regular marauders and Chaos Warriors
Dread Sacraments (not "sacrements", by the way... "sacraments" is the proper spelling": both forsaken and Chaos spawn would be cool here as the sacrament warps flesh.

This mod causes a crash whenever clicking certain major settlements that haven't been built up or when fast accessing them using the "New building" on the next turn button. Has happened on multiple campaigns so far, but after turning this mod off I have no longer come across the issue.

Just to inform, i didn't got a crash but my outposts were like vanilla Tier 1 only; it may be a load order issue though.

it sort of works in 5.2.4. All captured settlements become tier 3, including capitals. If you're getting a crash, it's some other mod causing it.
