As Alpha release, only uniforms and gear are avaliable.

French webbing and uniforms(1914 and later).
Russian Imperial Army summer uniform, greatcoat, summer and winter hats.
Russian White Movement summer and winter uniforms and headgear.
Russian Red Movement summer and winter uniforms and headgear.

This could not be done withouth NF mod, which was used as a base, and FF mod, which made french part of this mod avaliable.
