Unreasonable Expertise for VSE

Adds more expertise options using any stats that I found in files and could tie to a skill through a discription.
Used stats from official DLCs, VEFramework and ROM-Bones.


No major attempts at balance were made, just slapped the numbers that felt acceptable at the time.

If you allow your pawns more then one expertise things may go extremely out of hand without exercising self-restraint.
Some stat bonuses are displayed in descriptions as +0, but still function normally and will add up to a whole number at some point.
