Removes virtually all spawned default asteroids.

Asteroid Fields and the Asteroid Belt will still spawn. There will just be no asteroids in them. I implemented it this way to preserve mission generation.

During testing, a few random asteroids still spawned despite having set all asteroids to not spawn anymore. I feel like the game's spawning mechanism can at times be a bit funky or something.

Someone suggested me to make a certain mod and this mod was part of what was requested. But I felt like this mod could be nice as a stand-alone feature so I uploaded it as a separate mod.

This mod will also work with mods like Mineable Megaroids, Mineable Dwarf Planets and Mineable Gigaroids since these avoid using the default spawners and use custom spawners instead. So with this mod enabled the default asteroid fields and belt will contain only the modded asteroids.

Updated version number AGAIN to prevent Cosmoteer 0.30.0a from complaining.

Also prepatched this mod to prevent it from complaining again again when Cosmoteer 0.30.0b, 0.30.0c, 0.30.0d, 0.30.0e, 0.30.0f, 0.30.0g, 0.30.0h, 0.30.1, 0.30.2 and 0.31.0 get released.

1.1.1 fixes an issue with asteroid fields not always spawning properly.

Version 1.0.1 is identical to 1.0.0 except for the version number.
Updated to get rid of the "not compatible" popup.
