i wait global bonus kind of stuff. otherwise this is a balance mod

Hellatz, basically yes but if you see the late game it make sense you have so many money ^^ but it will make sense to adjust the cost of the techs you will unlock after the tier unlock.

About global bonus, sounds good but need to check what can be buffed in this case
Like T1 +5% thruster - T5 +25 thruster.

Yes, but you need to create a GA - Techtree version, to get it work.
