Update: fixed server startup bug, brought size down to under a megabye, added few new textures, edited colors slightly, new code and console commands

This is an edit of screen damage, puts blurry blood on screen. Screenblood.

Edit: Thank you so much DGtle and Defrective for fixing the multiplayer bug!

If anyone has any idea to make settings for this, like transparency, fade out time, etc. please feel free to edit it, add me, leave a comment, whatever and I will also add you as a contributor!
