With that out of the way, let me introduce you to the Ghoublin!

"On the bright side, the experiment succeeded. And that's all I have to say about it." -a doomed laboratory assistant

Born from a twisted marriage of necromancy and science, Ghoublins have been let loose across the estate, terrorizing all living creatures in the search for their precious "life essence". With all of their creators now dead one can only guess at what terrible goal or accident led to the birth of these vile creatures. Although they are of course much smaller than their ghoulish cousins, their increased speed, agility, and intelligence make them an incredibly dangerous foe.

Ghoublins are size one enemies that always appear in groups of two. They appear in along the same enemies that ghouls do, in similar mashes. That means the only appear in Veteran and up dungeons, though in all regions. They are a somewhat rare encounter. They can cause bleed, blight, and inflict a new disease, Ghoublin Fever. They also have a stealth subtheme. I think the rest is best left for player experience but suffice to say; don't underestimate them.
